Shower Time

How often does everyone give their birds a bath or shower For instance everyday,3 times a week, once a week and how do you give it to them spray bottle,in the shower, put a bowl with water in it :red:

I but a glass pie dish in the kitchen sink and run water. Thats the only way Dusty will bathe. He generally bathes once a week. I do try to offer it more often (2-3 times) but many times he is not interested in it.

Usually 2-3 times a week under a shower or with a spray bottle and drying with a hair dryer (which I think she likes more than the shower)

On weekends with shower. They are being trained to get in the travel cage on command. They roam around the shower room and get two hours free flight to dry off.

Mishka shower's 2 - 3 times a week.
She loves running around the shower being sprayed.
Weather permitting she sits in her outside cage, and preens herself.
If a bit cold, she loves being blow dried.

Scarlett gets a shower most days unless I'm in a hurry having mine cause everytime she eats anything she ends up with her face and body covered in dried fruit pulp. I hold her on a perch under the water. While she's on the shower rail waiting for me to finish so she can have her turn, she talks and talks and talks!

I once tried putting a centimetre or two of water in the bath to let her splash around, but she was petrified of it and wouldn't go in.
