Shiny wings?

I just noticed something on Cookie, and it's that his flight feathers are kinda shiny.

I noticed there was something white on his wing so I thought he had somehow managed to get poop there. But when I turned my head to get a better look at his wing it disappeared. I never noticed that on Cookie before.

Do any of your birds have shiny flight feathers?

I don't know that I would call it shiny but yes mine all have a sheen to their flight feathers.
