sun conure,
yoshi

baby sun... 6month's
thunderfoot (j/k no name yet)
so our conure doesnt even look at her cage anymore.

she sleeps on the recliner an my wife wraps her in blankets..
which is fine by me, im just worried that she maybe getting too spoiled ?

when its quiet in the house, she hides under the chair !!

when the the front door opens tho, she comes running, ready to go

so everybody basically stays off the recliner, just because you know shes there, you just cant see her all the time

were gonna have to find her a smaller chair to have as a nest/cage

btw... the blankets are as comfortable as they look lol

my daughter and i used to fight over the fuzzy one, but now its strictly for yoshi

That's so adorable!!!

I'd be concerned with her going under the chair if it's a recliner, but if everybody knows not to use it in case she's under there, it sounds awesome!

I would still put them in a cage when you are not around. Birds get bored fast and can do a wonder of things when you are not looking. I'm sure everyone knows to stay off the recliner but people can forget or get caught up in the moment. =/

thanks for the tip,
if i do that she gets mad at us, nippy and sqwaky, and she can get loud

but she seems to hide when nothings happening in the house,
maybe if i get a smaller cage, we could put her in the living room,
instead of my daughters room

Aww, I can see your problem, hard to say no to that much cuteness
