Senegal parrot health problem ?

Binta is now 2 and a half . I just brought her from my friends house where she stayed for the last month and a half . She looks skinny and she has shadows around her eyes. Its like 2 big black bumps around her eyes .
Anybody know what it is ?

Sorry, but you are probably going to have to upload several pictures, so that we can better understand what you are describing.....

If you mean dark around the eyes like this it's normal.

If it's the same on both eyes, chances are whatever you are seeing is normal. Hard to say without a picture.
