Scratching Post?

Has anyone created a "scratching post" for their bird?
I've seen Sassi rub her head on various objects in her cage (ex: bolt head on a small maze wheel) for a "self massage".
Just wondering what other objects/toys would be good for this.

Mine likes to use the wall !! or his rough perch for his beak. We get the pleasure of giving head rubs/massages
