Scotty -- Male Cape Parrot hatched somewhere between 2007-2009 we think

I've been feeling a bit blue today, but I just looked at this picture of Scooter from about a year ago and it cheered me up immensely, so I thought I'd share. It's a bit out of focus unfortunately, but it has a lot of essence of cute in it, IMO.
