Riley-white faced grey cockatiel (hatch date 6-28-2014) RIP Halloween-pied cockatiel
I have noticd since I brought Riley home that there was a spot on her wing until today I couldn't be sure if it was a scab or a pin feather well today she let me feel it while she was streatching out her wings and it's definately a scab I dont know if it's from her constant preening due to her pin feathers that are still coming in or if it's from one of her night frights at the breeders. What should I do? should I leave it alone?

I would get some aloe spray for her and keep a close eye on it. Even tiny scabs like that can become big and infected very quickly. My A-vet told me a story about one of hers who got pricked by a pine needle- she watched him carefully for days to be sure of overpreening or picking at hit, then suddenly after about 3 days she looked at it and there was a big raw path the size of a dime, and that was even with her watching it. If she looks like she's picking or bothering it, take her to the vet to maybe be fitted with a temporary collar

I haven't seen her picking at or even preening it its along the edge of the wing (not the top or underside if that makes sense) and she mostly preenz the underside of her wings
