Hello all. I'm new to the forum and thought I should introduce myself. I am the proud mom to an awesome fid named Sampson 
. He is 17 months old now, DNA proven male and is an absolutely amazing boy! He is the sweetest thing ever although he hates his baths and despises the vacuum cleaner! He says "Step up, hello, hi, momma, good boy, awwww and a few other words". He plays peak a boo by covering is face with one of his wings. He loves to give hugs and kisses. I've only had him a few weeks now. He was a rescue although his previous mommy loved him dearly. She had an african grey as well and Sammy was very allergic to him. Since her AG had been with her much longer, she was abused and has quite a few issues she new it would be the right thing to do to find Sampson a wonderful forever home. His is a part of our family and we already love him dearly! He gets along w/ our dogs and cat very well. He eats Lafabers pellets, fresh fruit, SOME fresh veggies (still trying daily), nuts and his Lafabers treats. He gets organic coconut oil 2x's a week. His favorite thing is mashed sweet potatoes! He loves to scoop it on the spoon and lick it off. We (my husband, 3 kids & myself) look forward to a wonderful longgggggg life w/ our loving boy Sampson. Nice to meet all of you!
