Yellow Shoulder Amazon, Salty
Taking a que from Jersey Wendys base, we used:

2 doz japapenos
2 doz hot long chiles
1 head of broccoli
1 bundle of dandelion greens
all these food processed
1 big yam juliened by hand
3/4 bag of the pasta I found that has no glutens, no salt
1 batch of 5 bean soup ( with out th flavoring packet)
5 servings of plan oatmeal
2 bags of frozen mixed vegie ( no lima beans)

Made like 80 bags of 1/3 cup each.

I tried one on Salty while it was still warm he didn't come up for air for awhile.
We still have some of his red beet based chop so we can alternate. we needed them cuz it looks like I have to go back into the hospital and we cant run out of chop while I'm there.

Oh no! Back to the hospital?!?! Not fair!!!! I hope the third times the charm, and you are back to strong and healthy!!! Your chop sounds great btw.

Sounds like chop with a “zing”! Sounds like it passed the taste test with Salty :). Hope this hospital stay is short and productive.

Sounds great Jim! Are you too dressing with anything like chia seed, flaxseed, or coconut flakes?

Chris, I intrned to sprinkle a little dried Ghost pepper or similar to give it some zing.
(it's AL,btw)

Apologies al! I got in the habit of replying to Jim’s similar threads lately, and completely didn’t pay attention :(

Looks like a great recipe. But nooooooo, you are supposed to stay very far from hospitals. Hope the stay is short and treatment(s) effective and painless.

I just *knew* it, now those nurses decided they want you and share your fun as much as we do!@!

Must be something in your personality ;)
Do not take Salty with you, or they might decide to steal you both.

That chop sounds lovely (you had me laughing out loud with "not coming up for air"... I almost could hear that little guy just munching and crunching away.)

I use both chia and flax.
