Does anyone know where I can get peanuts that are safe for parrots?

I remember seeing someone comment a brand, but this was a few months ago and I have since forgotten.

My parrot isn't interested in much besides seeds and his current diet so I would love to get him some peanuts, since he enjoys those. :green2:

None that are ā€˜safeā€™! Human grade is better, but still a potential risk!

Edit: now fully awake!
The dangerā€” Aflatoxin, a natural toxin produced by certain strains of the mold Aspergillus flavus and A. parasiticus that grow on peanuts stored in warm, humid silos. Peanuts arenā€™t the only affected crops. Aflatoxins have been found in pecans, pistachios and walnuts, as well as milk, grains, soybeans and spices.
All peanut products contain this mold to some degree! It is not destroyed by heat. The FDA monitors itā€™s level in human grade, but a bag of ā€˜completely safeā€™ peanuts can turn deadly in a couple days!
I am sure you have had a funky peanut in a good batch!
The worst? The country store big barrel, and freshly made peanut butter!
In 1960, 100,000 turkeys died from peanut feed!

Just as deadly for humans!

Dang this is so unfortunate to hear considering he refuses to eat anything besides seeds and his nutriberries diet atm and spray millet. Probably because his previous owner fed him an only seed diet. Attempting to switch him over to pellets, but I do have another question. Is there any type of treats similar to peanuts that I could feed him, like that he would recognize. Since he doesnt give a flying heck ahout any of the treats, fruits, or veggies I give up. I want to give him something :(

fruit!

people are always asking what fruits and veggies and.....

Get fruits and salads you like....

Tell bird that this is not bird food....

when bird tries to eat orange strawberry apple lettuce, etc. fight a bit then relent

enjoy watching bird eating natural healthy foods....

but yes work on pellet changeover.
