Rubino Rosella?

My local bird specialty store has 2 hand fed babies available and I was wondering if anyone has experience with these beauties. Looks like part of the budgie family because of the head/beak shape but I am by no means even a novice to make such assumptions.

Noise level? Diet? Cuddly? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

My husband's uncle had a Rosella that lived to be 23 years old. I don't know anything else about her.
