Rope For Parrot Toys

hello all . im re-building my ducorps's ceiling hanging stand because whoever built it before i bought it didnt do it the way i would like it . (pic below)

anyway my question is -- is blue polypropylene rope safe for my parrot ?

i know most parrot toy rope is sisal natural rope . but i have a massive amount of this blue polypropylene rope that i could use .
