Road trip/meet and greet..

...ok, the excitement is just to much to hold back now. Al <Wrench13> and I have been doing some pm'ing. He and I don't live too far from each other,and I suggested a meet and greet,which he graciously excepted!

So,this Sunday,I am packing Amy up in her travel carrier,with a cooler of goodies,and water and her bowls,and we're going to head out to Long Island NY,to meet Al,Mrs Wrench,and the famous Salty.

So, I'll pack a camera to get plenty of pictures . I told Amy today we're going on a road trip,I think she I meant today lol and she fluffed up a bit and fanned her tail. I know she'll enjoy herself,get to meet Salty,share so nummys and interact with a couple new friends.

Oh Al, don't tell Salty..but Amy is going to bring him a present

I'm so excited for you all! It is so wonderful to meet forum members, I have been fortunate enough to meet 4 so far. I bet Amy and Salty are going to have a blast together, and that you and Al (and Mrs. Al) will as well.

B;;` LOL, Jim, the famous (?) Salty, Mrs. Wrench and I are looking so forward to the visit to our humble, repeat humble, abode. I might even have to vacuum and wash the dishes now. Just kidding, I'll have the grill warmed, the beer cold, and the chop hot (with peppers) for you and Amy.

Terry, I think its great to meet people with similar interests. I wish I could meet EVERYONE on this wonderful forum.
I also belong to a Harley forum,where over the years I have met quite a few members,its fun to ride out somewhere to a "group" get together to chat and ride.

Birdie parronts are an unique group. A lot of people don't/can't understand our love and passion with these creatures,and to meet someone who shares these feelings about birds is special.

How did I miss this exciting news? An Amazon meet and greet, how delightful! I'm glad Salty and Amy are allowing Parronts to attend the featherfest! I hope you all have a great time!

Yep...I know where Middlebury is! My old job brought me into VT 5 days a week,driving a tractor-trailer,delivering Bulk Mail to the large post offices < W.R.J> and Essex, up I-89..also new paper inserts to the news papers, Barre, Burlington and in between... I have also been up that way on my Harley, I LOVE it up there! Now if only I could figure out a way for Amy to hang on at 70 mph
