Ringneck seed mix

Which one do you think would make a better seed mix for a ringneck I understand the first one has much more variety but its 60 percent sunflower seed. The other one I'has a lot less sunflower seeds and has these other seeds but im not sure which one should I give to my ringneck.

The second one looks better to me, the millets are always the best seed you can provide in a seed mix
