Reputable online feed source?

Hey y'all, this is my first "real" post here...
I've been traveling a Lot for work and kinda slacked on getting started here...

Anyway, I am in need of a reputable online feed source for my Squiggy.(our local pet stores don't carry much more than cockatiel seed/parakeet toys)..

I have searched and read a lot of the food threads, but they are quite overwhelming...

I am looking for simplified feeding advice to follow.
At this point we have zupreem parrot "food"(It's fruit looking stuff, and I'd consider it more a snack/treat???). We keep some of this is one bowl all the time, and she doesn't eat it up like regular food.

In another bowl, twice daily we'll put peas, or corn. I tried mixed veggies and she threw most all of it on the floor...
We've done a few pasta in the bowl once, but she didn't do much with it..

Is there not a cockatoo "food" commercially available for these goobers?
I'm not looking for a catch all, and no other food given, but I'd like to know she's getting proper nutrients...

My safe bird store has a pretty good selection of food. My grey loves their bountiful harvest blend along with his pellets and fresh food.

We feed from mysafebirdstore, Kingscages, and birds paradise. I mostly feed goldenfeast mixes to my cockatoo. He loves the schmitts mix and the veggie mix. He also gets almonds still in their shell. He eats roudybush pellets. For fresh a veggie mix that also has pasta or rice in it is his favorite.

I just use Amazon.com and have Amazon prime to save on shipping. They have lots of great stuff.
