Live! Red-tailed Hawk Nest at Cornell University

I've been watching this on/off for the past 24hrs and it's just beautiful. Big Red is such a good momma and Ezra is truely a doting daddy!

Chick number 3 has just hatched we think and the other two are already wonderful little fluff balls. I'd recommend keeping it open and just checking every once in a while, it really is beautiful watching these wonderful animals.

I've been watching this one as well off and on now for the last couple of weeks. It's hard to pull myself away. Sometimes Jasper begs to come down with me and will perch on my hand and watch as well.

you got me addicted! i have been watching on and off all day, sometimes walking away from the comp and just letting it play!

We have a nesting pair of hawks across the street right now & oh how I've grown to hate them. It doesn't matter where they are, if I take Mr. Precious on the porch they start screeching. They even swoop down when I take my boxer puppy out! He's only 3 months old now but he's growing soooo fast. In another month he will be able to attack & eat them if they come near us.

I stand outside sometimes & cheer on the crows that follow them around & try to knock them out of the air.
