I have a foster bird who came out of a horrible life in a non heated garage for 17 years. She developed arthritis in her feet with her right foot being the worse. The rescue she is from placed her in my care because I do alot of research on animals that come to me. I just ordered her a heated perch but just wanted to know if anyone else has a solution for this issue. You can tell she is hurting and I feel bad. I will do whatever it takes to make her comfortable. She is a very sweet bird and loves my son who is autistic. Let me know if you have any ideas.
