Penelope Primrose: Crimson bellied conure
I have already made a vet appointment but figured it couldn't hurt to see if anyone else has had this issue. The bottom of my CBC feet seem red. No sores or anything and she is still acting normal but her normal fleshy pink feet are looking quiet red. She has mostly natural wood perches, the one regular dowel perch that comes with the cage and a wacky wood lima root perch. She had a the sanded polly perch, but I took it out almost 4 days ago and her feet seem to have gotten more red since then. Is is possible that the natural perches that have the bark still on them are irritating her feet? She seems to perch them the most? And it's cold weather here so the forced hot air has been on for quiet sometime now? Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated!

An Avian vet is best authority on what's going on. Check for tiny bugs that might be biting bird's feet. See if spraying with cool water, allowing to walk flat-footed on soft surface, or aloe-vera gel make any difference.

How often does your conure sit on the dowel perch? It's actually the lack of texture that causes soreness in the foot, and it can result in sores and eventually progress to bumble foot. Parrots were meant to perch on branches with diverse textures, and as a result they place differing amounts of pressure on each part of the foot throughout the day. A dowel perch is unnatural and places equal pressure on all parts of the feet, which can result in redness.

How big are the diameters of the perches you are using? Could they possibly be a tad bit too small?

Good luck at the vet, and please keep us posted.
