LOL!!! Tab asked me the same thing :D Early on it was by beak color, now it's their tails, Rea's is much fuller and thicker than Miri's. I think it's mainly due to all the flying Miri does compared to Rea.

Oh hahaha I tell Bella and Zora apart by 1) Their bellies; Bella has a lot more yellow 2) Bella is missing 2 back toenails.

Everyone thinks they look exactly alike but they seem vastly different to me. Bet it's the same for you. :p Also with human twins, I'm an identical twin and my twin seems so different but all other twins look so different. :p

They don't look too happy that you got THIS close and not let them out. :D

They are both GORGEOUS!

Quick question: Were the cages new before you put them in there? If so, how quickly did they damage them? Is one of your girls more destructive than the other or do they cause equal havoc? :54:

Such healthy and beautiful girls. They are looking at you like "take me OUT!" LOL.

THe darker one Miri is in I bought used and had some welds broke on it, but Miri hasn't helped it any either.:54: I got a really good deal on that cage considering all the toys/accessories that came with it. (Like that huge orb I got!) ReaRea's was bought new and it's right at a year old, it ain't the greatest cage by far but I sure got it cheap as heck and free shipping from an ebay store. I figure if it lasts another year or 2 I got my money's worth. ;)

Such gorgeous photos! I love ReaRea or Miri's (or both?) feathers! Especially on the wings, it's so pretty! I love when parrot's feathers reflects! Beautiful!

Thanks for Sharing! :)

Rea Rea's cage looks very similar to Rosie's(powder coating has the same look, same bolts). As a college student I bought the biggest cage I could afford(it was $240, free shipping). That's amazing how much of it is already damaged, but not too surprising though. At least it hasn't been destroyed or dismantled yet lol

I love seeing the photos of your birds, they are so pretty and happy :)

Here's where I got Rea's cage

that's weird, can't get the link to post right???

anyway, the store name on Ebay is "everila" and the size is: Large Bird Cage Parrot Cages Macaw Dometop 36"x26"x65"

it was only $330 and free shipping

Can't open that link, Scott. :(

Ripley is currently in Hunter's old cage. It's a Kings Cage, Model #406. Niko is in Kings Model #506, and I would LOVE to eventually buy one like that for Ripley, too, but they are expensive.

Ripley came with a brand spanking new cage, this one:
AE Cage Large Dome Top 40 x 30 Powder Coated - DOME TOP CAGES by Bird Paradise

I put Sam in that one. I know it's a HUGE cage for him, but he's actually using every square inch of it. :11:

Hunter is now in Sam's old cage, the same as the one that Sam is in, only smaller. It's 36" X 30". Plenty big for her.

I had originally planned on putting Ripley in Niko's cage, since he's the biggest bird, but then decided against it in the last minute because I didn't want to upset Niko. :32: I'm such a sucker.

Gorgeous girls you have there! I NEVER get tired of looking at GW pics.:63:

I especially love that one little nail tip showing in one of the photos. It makes me think of the Volosaraptors or however it is spelled in Jurassic Park. Those claws they had that is.

My two boys are in a cage/aviary that isn't actually made for parrots. I got a 10'X5' stainless steel welded wire professional dog kennel & set that up in the corner of my living room. So far they have not broken any welds, but the wall behind it is another subject.: I have that divided in half for the two & I will put another just like it up on the opposite side of my living room for Ruby Jewel. And of course when I divide it that leaves an empty side...yep plenty room for my next Green Wing.;):red1: I originally bought the boys a large macaw cage, 48"X36"X75" and my ekkie Leyla Belle has that as her castle.
