Raw chicken necks

Rio B/g and ruby gw like raw chicken necks, it all started when I gave our 4 dogs breakfast one morning. I thort they would just drop it but they didn't, now every morning they beg for one, and I'm not sure if this is good or bad? I don't want too make them sick so asking is this ok?

Personally I wouldn't feed raw chicken or raw meat anything to my parrots. Mine get the occasional hot wing (thoroughly cooked wings, with majority of meat removed), and they all love those.
