Quick food question

Can Eclectus eat lentils or legumes?

If so how are they prepared? I don't even know what they are, my mom asked me about them so asking here first

Lentils are wonderful for them either soaked and cooked or soaked and sprouted.

My Venus loves bean sprouts. Try them, she devours them. My Amazon tosses them. I also boil beans which Venus devours more that Buddy but she's eating.
