Questions about Cockatoo's Behaviour !!

Hey all
I want to ask but before i'm giving you a short summary of my Cockatoo
she has been living with me three weeks now and she is fine in everything except what will come later. she is very tamed, can step up on my hand when I ask her for that, but sometimes go to my arm!!. Also, when i tell her to make her wings up she do so. And when I ask her to give a kiss she do. If I ask her for scratching she down her head to do that as I can touch any part of her body she accept that.
The problem is I feel that she has a fear I don't know If i give her any thing new, I bought new toys for her with a sound but she doesn't like it, she broke it. I have it in my room for all the time on stand with nice things to make her busy when i'm so rope to climb when she is on the stand and mirror and other toys. And when time to sleep I take her into her cage in a quiet dark room with little light coming from outside the door so she can see. Next day i bring her back into my room and on his usual place with her stand. sometimes i take her and scratch on her talking on her but i think she is confused when my lil brother come or any of my nieces or nephews she take the attack position and creating a sound like go away if they come close she would jump from me and run after them !!! sometimes dance with me or with them and doing some crazy things
Also, when I want to train her she seems confused and not respond almost. I have real a lot and watched a lot but noting ? Do you this is a matter of time or what ??
and please if you have any suggestion tell me I would appreciate your help

Hello Fahad, how old is your cockatoo? What kind of training are you trying to do? It is often best for training sessions to be no longer than 10 to 15 minutes at a time, but you can do two training sessions in a day and doing them at the same time of day also helps.....

Is the room that your bird sleeps in large enough to use for training? The reason I ask is because some birds do better when trained in rooms they do not spend their day in or have cage/toy distractions in.....

The problem with the biting of others is a natural protection response and something you really need to deal with/train the bird to quit doing.....whenever others who don't live in your home come to visit, you must teach your bird that they are either family or friends.....

While I don't have a cockatoo, I have a Patagonian conure that has a nice sized beak also and she used to get protective/defensive of people who did not live in the house, but when I began taking her and placing her on a stranger's arm (not shoulder) she began to understand that I approved of that person.....of course children were instructed that they could not play with or tease my birds or they might force the birds to bite in self defense.....

hey i guess between 4 to 5 years i'm not sure this what the man told me when i bought it,
about training I do two sessions about 10 min, between the 1st sessions & 2ed 10 mins.
about the room yes is almost big and I going to train it in that room.

you mean I introduce them to each other !!
I did so but when i ask her to go in their arms she tries to hit them and refuses to step up on their arms.
