Questionable apostrophes

I?m unsure why my apostrophes are coming out as question marks?! Can anyone help please?

I am still tracking this down to a repeatable error, but I did get hit when doing a preview of a long post! The puppy post.
But! Preview the cause? Or was it catching the error?
I have noticed when it hits, it is consistent throughout the post! It also seems to follow certain posters!

Questionable apostrophes. Love that title! Pure inspiration!!

Note: I am on an Apple device, beta release!

When our ADMIN group updated a part of the Operating System software a compatibility issue with specific user software occurred . The end result is what we are seeing.

A work around is to use long version of specific words.

- I am in place of I'm
- I have in place of I've
Etc..

Sadly there are few work arounds for word like SailBoat's best stories.

Like at some point in the future they will find a fix.

I make enough errors all by myself, I really do not need additional help.

When I caught my instance of the error, it stayed fixed after the preview!

Definitely a known problem, hopefully will be addressed with additional forum upgrades!
