Question Concerning Dried Willow

I was wondering if anyone uses dried craft willow in their cages. I purchased a bunch then had second thoughts as it comes from China. I googled a few things about imports from China and it seems they treat exported bamboo and willow with methyl bromide. So I won't be using the willow I purchased. I have a corkscrew willow and a weeping willow in the yard. But I would still like your input on this. Thanks.

Corkscrew willow aka curly willow and weeping willow are both safe as long as they haven't been sprayed with any chemicals/pesticides.
