Question about seed mix. and brands

What's a good seed mix. How much seed do you use. How many times a week. Do you mix it with your pellets. I'm going to use Harrison and Zupreem for my Pellets. So my seed mix is the next thing I want to tackle on my list. My buddy Chad told me a mix that I might just have to order online.

I'm not too familiar with packaged seed brands, since I only use for treats and usually in balls like Nutriberries.
I used to occasionally buy Volkman's seed mixes. It's supposed to be a quality brand, and I know their product doesn't contain bugs, and comes in a ziplock top bag.

If you buy Higgins or Goldenfeast mixes they have seed in them with other ingredients that can be offered to your bird. Thats how all of ours get their seed. They also get it in treats and nutriberries.
