Can I use one nest box for a pair of Bourkes and budgies? They are in two different cages. I'd breed firstly one pair, next the second one (if budgies want it, it would be the first time for them)

I personally prefer to have a separate box for each pair that they are able to recognize and customize to their hearts desire. If cost is too high to get each pair a box then you also don’t have funds to be breeding responsibly in the first place. I would use different boxes.

Thank you for the answer. I think firstly I'll buy one nest box to check if budgies will be interest. If yes - I'll buy the second one, if not - that box will be for bourkes. (Bourkes had bred before but not budgies)

I agree totally...We don't know what birds are thinking, what they can smell and how they handle what they smell...And you certainly don't want one pair to use the box, then clean it and give it to the other pair and have them end up killing their babies or each other due to something we can't possibly know...Or god forbid one of your pairs has an infection for viral disease...It's just good, sanitary aviary practice to have a separate nest-box for each and every pair of birds...I used to actually only use a nest-box once and threw it away, just because I worried about bacteria, fungi, viral infections, parasites, and scents, etc. With wooden nest-boxes you can't possibly sanitize them totally because they're porous...Just better practice to use a new nest-box for each pair of birds...
