Question About Different Type of Purifier Filters

Hi!
i've got a levoit 400s with a normal filter it comes with but recently i saw one that comes with a green mould and bacteria filter with the levoit 300s, was wondering if anyone has used one of these filters before and if its safe to have around the birds?
I'm just wanting the best possible clean environment for the birds we have and we have mould spots in certain places around the house which can be worrying although very faint in appearance.

The levoit filters (if you're talking about the first party ones) just have different materials in the multilayer filter based on what you want to filter. I buy the pet filter which targets odors and dust. The material of the filter is safe, however if your filter has an ionizer setting, please be sure to turn it off because an ionizer is not safe.

I do love the levoit filter I have tho--nice choice for a filter
