Hello.
I'm really interested in purchasing a Quaker. I've been searching non-stop for a reputable breeder and can't find anything concrete on anyone. I see reviews here and there but feel like they might be manipulated, so I was wondering if everyone in this forum would be able to help.

I've come across a lot of breeders such as:

Birdmans Baby Parrots - IL
D And R Aviary - IL
In a pickle parrots - OH

I used the site birdbreeders.com, I've been searching non-stop on the web and calling breeder by breeder but it would be nice to hear from some of the members in the forum.
Thank you in advance for being able to help me out.

I've been talking to a wonderful woman named Meg at Whidbys Birds in Wa. She will have some babies soon.

I got my Quaker here.

birds, Birds Unlimited Webster, New York Webster, NY Babies

It is a highly rated bird store just outside of Rochester NY. All they sell are birds and related products. Very clean, healthy birds.

Click on the Babies site on the left.

They don't seem to have any Quakers right now but you could always call and inquire. No breeder would ship to cold weather states in the winter.

Look over the rest of the site. Some interesting stuff there. I don't have any connection with this store other than getting my bird there. Much nicer place than the local breeder whose house was dirty and smelled to high heaven and wouldn't let us in to her breeding area. I can understand that from a disease stand point but I'm sure that wasn't the reason.
