Purl is feeling more at home...

Yesterday morning we played together by throwing items back and forth to each other. Then I stuffed her toys with pine nuts and almonds and left for work. Last night everything was nicely shredded or chewed..all treats found. We then proceeded to play the UP for a pine nut game...worked every time. Then I tried it without one..I got the FU face and she walked away..LOL! Stinker!

This morning..she came out immediately vs eating her breakfast..jumped on me and onto the table. As I turned to get something she helped herself to not 1 but 2 sips of my coffee before I took it away..LOL!! Then she popped the "1" key off my laptop (any suggestions to prevent this from occuring again appreciated) and immediately came over looking for head scratches.

So I'd say she is settling in nicely...

I forgot how much I missed having a bird.

I really am..I was a little intimidated by her beak the first couple of days but I'm over it now. But am staying vigilant to make sure I keep all my body parts intact...LOL!
