Pulling babies

What age do you guys pull sun conure babies from the nest? When they are first pulled, how many feedings per day/how many cc's do you give?

I have a pair that laid two eggs within 3 days of each other, then over a week later (8 or 9 days) laid two more eggs 2 days apart. Am I going to need to pull the first two babies before the last two babies due to the age difference? Or do I wait and pull them all at the same time?

Any advice is appreciated.
