Proud mummy

Hi today after many years of consideration I've become the proud mummy of Sheila the galah. It's not a decision I've taken lightly but once I meet Sheila today I knew she was the girl for me!! We already have three gorgeous cockatiels who love being pampered. We live in a busy house with four sons and four delightful doggies so there should be plenty going on to keep Sheila occupied. I know this is a journey that is going to have lots of ups and downs but she seems to have settled in marvelously... In fact she seems quite disgusted with the tiels naughtiness.

Any advice, guidance will be really appreciated

Oh! Congratulations on your excellent choice of birdie companions - all those Australians, eh? Sheila is the very best, most Australian name you could choose for a galah and I bet she's just gorgeous. We really do need to see pics, mind, so do try and post some when you can. Congrats! You'll love her! My Galah grew up in a house full of teenagers and their friends coming and going. He loved them all and thrived in their joy and energy. They're all grown now with families of their own but he still says things they taught him in high school! LOL Be careful what you/they teach your girl in these years.
