Possible Bobbing?

That doesn't look like tail bobbing to me, more like balancing on the perch. I think if it was respiratory the wings would be lowered, the beak would be more open, and the eyes would look clouded over.

But I'm no expert. There may be someone on the forum who knows better, and the person who would know best would be an avian certified vet.
 
Doesn't look like bobbing to me, either. If the bird were in distress, the tail movement would be more pronounced.:)
