Pomegranate

I gave JoJo her first taste of pomegranate ever. I cut the pomegranate into a slice so she could forage and pop out the seeds herself. I do this with Buzz and Buddy, gives them an activity, keeps them busy, and a healthy treat. She loves it. Who else gives their fids pomegranate and how do you serve it?

I do. Depends on when I serve but it can be a snack, in which case I’ll do just as you have.

Or I’ll just pop the arils out myself and add them in with chop at dinner time.

yep mine like, I scoop out the goid stuff and just serve that

I serve pomegranate spread over their chop dishes when in season. About half eat, the others discard.
