Our Plumhead when it was only around three months old. We're still not sure of its gender, second moult due this Christmas. A real character, I'd suggest this species is not for everyone, they love to fly and do so really fast, and when they're young like this guy, they also crash. It's also quite aggressive, particularly towards the quarrion which is also in the shot(s). That's Ziggy, which has turned out to be a female and is now sitting on 4 eggs, in her cage in the family room, most likely infertile.
