OMG what a beautiful picture
Shiro sure missed you whilst you were away thus his behavior now.
Imagine what is going through his mind, are they going to leave me again.
He needs lots and lots of love and attention, knowing you will always be there for him.
Spend as much time as you can reassuring him of your love.
Try feeding him one on one, ensuring he is eating.
Sure in a few days he will be back to normal.

He needs time to know he you are not taking him anywhere again. Especially if this was your first time away. Once he realizes things are back to normal it will get better. Spend lots of time with him and like Ant said, feed him so you know he is eating.

Please Help now he looks very very sick not eating food and can't stand on his both legs just lying down look like he don't have any strength please help :(

And I'm from Bangalore, India there is no Vet for African Grey Parrot so if you know anything to help him please tell me like What to feed him now ?? And What to do any Spacial things to help him ??

Oh, no. I would take him to a veterinarian. Is there a vet for dogs and cats? If you can't find an avian vet, I would take him to a standard vet.

I agree, he is clearly ill. Call around, many regular vets will see birds. If its your only option its better then nothing. I hope you find someone to look at him and treat him. Good luck.
