Please Help

Till today Bob would occasionally let out a high pitched wistle. Today he has started doing it constantly, any suggestions on getting him to stop.

He's just being a bird! Something might of spooked him for him to scream none stop, or he's trying to tell you something. IF my birds is out of food or needs water, they will scream for me. The other day my partner left the stove on, my ekkies screamed and carried on.
