Pinot grigio wine on vacation

My quaker parrot drank four sips of my grandmas wine i am on vacation in Oregon and my vet is in Washington she is drinking water and eating now. What should i do to help her survive and be ok!!!

well of course, you need to serve calliflour or some other white veggie. Don't want to be considered gauche or have poor taste.
