Pink foot spot

After we brought Oscar home I noticed that he had two light pink spots on the top of his foot. I didn't think anything of it at the time. Over time the smallest of the spots has disappeared and I have been keeping an eye on the other. There is now a tiny redish pin point dot in the center of the remaining pink spot. This spot does not seem to irritate him. He leaves it alone as if it is not there. It is also flat as if his skin is just discolored (not swollen or bumpy). I have been doing research and the only things that I have found in relation to this is irritation from a perch (which I don't think is the case because it is on the top of his foot), or a vitamin deficiency. He is on a seed diet with fress fruits daily (I still can not get him to eat his veggies) and I put Ornabac in his food once a day.

Does anyone have any experience with these foot spots or have an idea as to what it is?
