Yoshi is my green cheeked conure. I got her just about a year ago, when I first got her she was EXTREMELY hormonal, the main contributing factor was a "happy hut"...I also believe that she was mistreated in the past, she seemed to step up out of fear rather than because she wanted to, went CRAZY if you picked up any object, constantly alert and ready to take off(Shes gotten much better). She is the Cute&cuddly one of the flock, I can pick her up and carry her around and she doesn't mind which I never would have imagined when I first got her. However, like I said she can get hormonal so I have to limit touching her below the neck as a result I don't do it often but I did it for the pics. She loves to fly, she flys from perch to perch around the room, hopping around and she's not much of a chewer but loves to play with bells. Whenever she encounters someone she doesn't know, she runs up my arm onto my shoulder and snuggles up to my neck. Sometimes she still gets spooked if you approach her a certain way, or if you pick up an object. Whenever I move something big, I have to cover her cage or she'll crash into the bars and possibly hurt herself.
