I've been a bit slack on the pics lately so I thought it was about time I got some posted. That way I can nag everyone else to post pics and not feel guilty.

The pics are great!so are your parrots.Isn't it real fun when you have more than one birds and you see the differences in their characters? and the good or even the bad relationship between them, like with my birds, is much fun, just sitting there are watching them..

Thanks and yes I could sit and watch them all day, all mine come in pairs in, except flynnie - the red rump - and thats only cos we can't find a male one. :( Yet, but its fascinating to watch them.

I feel such a mean cow:( after that baby sittin job with otha amazon I am terrified to get Rox a companion.

Karen, you're in luck!! I know an absolutely FABULOUS Amazon who would make a great companion for her...he even comes with cage, toys, and oven mitts. :D

When you have two, they can teach each other a lot of bad habits, but also a few good ones. :D But its also double trouble, (fun but double good and bad points)

:18: :18: Hmmmmmm wonder where you would find such a lucky find. :18: :18:

Minzer, you can't give Iggy away to Karen ... she international and you can't import parrots ... besides, I'm closer and I could turn that 'zon around for you!

BTW ... (sorry, got a bite side-tracked) Great pictures Peta, espically that first one of Bucc it's almost like he saw that you had the camera and decided to pose for you!

I won't take him because, deep down, I know you really don't want to give him away!

Yea well, if this behaviorist doesn't work out, it won't matter what I want deep down. It WILL however matter that I can't study with a bird constantly screaming in my ear and flying/gliding air attacks at my face :( Anyway, I'm thread-jacking again by accident....

No, that's what the gliding meant...I think that he's clipped fairly short, I did it myself, but he manages to get some distance and some height, even when he starts below eye level (which is always). Silly Tex, I would have missing chunks of ears (which Amazons ARE capable of) and an eye patch if he was flighted. Sorry for the miscommunication!
