I love the colors. Thanks for sharing. I saw one in pet store. Really would love to get one. It breaks my heart to see them in the pet store. First couple of times I was in there he was so playful. Now he isn't ... Hope someone buys him soon.

Beautiful she looks a lot like my female, our male barbers his tail and wings when he gets really hormonal I have not found a way to stop it yet as he is bonded to Molly so he is almost always in a sexual mood.

my young one does that and im hoping he stops after his full molt he is only 9 months i think lol, but what upsets me even more is that he does it to the female as well.so if you find out how to stop it let us know too.

I've tried everything I know how to do and I know how to get most bird related issues to stop, but his is just like he needs to hump something more-.-. Hate to out it that way but he is just a young crazy male eclectus that loves his girl more then ever... I will try a few other things and let you know, I just got a great place to give me toy stuff for free... Well it is there waste but a school district right across from. Our house is giving me bags of shredded paper so now I just need to make toys out of these huge trash bag fulls! So maybe like one hundred times the amount of shredding he already does this will help... He's had shredding paper toys contastnly but this is Alittle diff so maybe it will help... Let's just hope lol!

well 20/30 straws tied around the cage and no more chewing feathers , (no time for it lol) so i went a brought 600 straws yesterday also brought the throw away bamboo chopsticks for them to shred.
