Picky Eater?

I have a 3mo old female lutino. Great bird, very sweet. No bald spot even. She's been home for 2 weeks and very affectionate. But she is a picky eater. I have put various fruits, leafy greens and whatnot in the bowl and she picks them out and throws them into the debris tray at the bottom. I'm using Nutriberries and Zupreem Natural pellets for now. (The breeder sent me home with coloured pellets because that's what she was raised on, but she's picking all the coloured ones out too, and throwing them into the debris.)

All she wants is the natural pellets and the Nutriberries.

Thoughts?

I would chop some veg into REALLY small pieces (food processor works well) and mix it with some sweet potato so it's sticky.

Then I would mix in some pellets and crushed nutriberries. Since she already likes those, she should eat those from the mix (and also be eating some veggies in the process since they'll stick to the nutriberries and pellets)

That should get her somewhat used to the taste of veggies, and you can expand her diet from there

It's great she is eating pellets. It sound like she just needs more time to get used to it perhaps? Some birds take to things fast while others might need more time than you imagined. Definitely keep offering the fresh foods and vary the options to find what she might like, maybe she would like one of those mixes that you cook/soften (like bird street bistro). Often the bag recommends to place some chop on top of pellets to get them to taste it. Just make sure she IS eating something though, make sure that if you coat pellets in chop or something the bird doesn't ignore it all together, you know? If you weigh your bird you will be able to monitor this well.
