Pets 101

So you know that Animal Planet show called Dogs 101, and there is another called Cats 101... well those are for educating the public about the different breeds and helping the public find the right breed dog or cat for them... well, what about a Birds 101? I mean, how many people out there buy a bird because they thought it was pretty and found out that it's not for them? So I think they should start a Birds 101 show, have bird profiles of the different cockatoos, macaws, conures, cockatiels, parakeets, and so on. Who knows, it just might help people find out that birds actually take a lot of work and responsibility (though we all know that it would cure the epidemic of homeless and ill-treated birds).

I seriously love that idea. I always watch Dogs 101 and I had the same idea too. Why not a "Birds 101." That way animal planet can also educate the public on having pet birds.

Thats a great idea! There is also "The dog whisperer"....Maybe "The bird whisperer" would be a good idea too!
