Hi everyone, i have been doing some research on congo and timneh greys and was wondering if any people with experience with both/ enthusiasts could give me some insight to their difference in personality? ive heard timneh's have a bigger personality but are more reserved and congos are more shy/nervy but have heard conflicting info.
thanks!

Did a lot of research on both CAG & TAG. The main difference is coloring and size. TAG's are slightly smaller. They have a big difference in price. CAG are higher price. Their talking, mimicking, intelligence is similar. I read that TAG are supposed to be less emotional and neurotic than CAG. Didn't know how true that was. The vet who I was going to use was of the opinion both were neurotic. He also admitted he saw TAG for feather plucking issues less then CAG. The breeder raised TAG & CAG exclusively. I asked her how true that was. Her response was TAG tend to be calmer while CAG can explode, have tantrums for no apparent reason. She emphasized both could be 'nutty' for no apparent reason. I ended up with a CAG because he was ready a few months earlier then the TAG.
