Pellets!

I've been trying to convert Zulu to a pellet diet. For the longest time, Zu would not touch the pellets. It was always the seed that disappeared from the bowl. But on a whim, I put ONLY pellets in the dish and this is the outcome...

I, of course, added another bowl full of pellets and made a huge deal when Zu started eating from the dish. Near as I can tell, Zulu continues to eat pellets (though when given a choice, Zu goes straight for the seed).

Yay, success! Even if it's only partial at the moment.

i find my birds will not eat pellets when they are mixed in with the seed, they like them in a separate dish
