Hi everyone. My sun conure, Boomer, is turning 1 year old in a few days! One of the early birthday presents he received (not from me), was a tub of Kaytee Egg-Cite Food Supplement in pellet form. Seen here:

Boomer eats roughly 75% fruits and veggies, 10% nuts, 5% pellets, 5% seeds and 5% everything else (boiled chicken / boiled rice / raisins / cuttlebone / mineral block / dried chili / etc). Since he doesn't like to eat more pellets, I thought he could really benefit from the egg supplement. It looks like someting he'd be into.

I really want to use it but would love to hear from people who's had experience with it. My main concern is its supplemental role in breeding. It doesn't make conures want to breed or anything does it?
