Pellet came with a different color than usual

I always buy the same pellet brand (Sellecta, here in brazil) i buy it online because my city is terrible and doesnt have any decent food for parrot. But this time, it came with a different color than usual (more brighter/pale), and the smell is a tiny bit different, my conures also noticed it and arent eating the pellets as much as before. Does it mean its spoiled, or maybe they just changed? Should i continue giving it to them? I just bought more but it will take at least a week to arrive
