Parrots and Horses, oh my!

I know that quite a few people here love both parrots and horses! I was looking something up when I came across "hybrids" of these two species!

Ok, that's not the best example.... lol but I did come across a couple of Carousel horses that had birds/parrots on them.

Horses do come in blue and gold. You have the blue roan and the golden palomino! What I want to know is how much does it cost to feed a hawk-headed horse?

Would the hawk headed horse be a ceremonial horse? I could definitely see a nice spread of feathers at the upper base of the horses neck that would fan out in display!
