is it unethical or illegal to get a parrot a credit card?

I'm not looking to defraud anyone my credit rating is like really high >850. But I get offers all the time because of this and I was thinking what if clark got a credit card.

Is there a law against it or as a guardian is it ok or?.....

I'd use it to build his score up mostly like a game....

Also he's a male so it won't over-extend buying cute tops or shoes (I gotta be me!! :D )

:gcc:

Hmmm, you wouldn't be the first to do this! But I've heard the "pre-approved" teasers we all get in the mail lead to some more serious vetting. My hunch is the issuer wouldn't approve!

You can open accounts under any crazy ass name. My wife used to get checks from Santa Claus . If you do get CLark an account, make sure he doesn't blow the limit on 1900 SEX BIRD sites. In fact dont even read this message out loud to him.

Not admitting anything here! Any and all statements made below exist within the Wonderful World of Amazons!

It is very possible that more than one of our many Amazons, may have had their own Credit Card(s), most with credit limits of 5000 USD or more. All may have been 'Rewards' style cards.

The system is very weak regarding Names Used, but as long as it is tied to a known 'Adult' that has a Credit Standing, ID, plus a SS number they could care less.

They may have obtained such card(s) at High School, College Fairs where the Card Pusher have their own row of sign-up tables to make it easy for Parents to obtain said cards for their Kids. Once the Card is obtained, you will receive Spring offerings for the next child getting ready for College, etc...

I understand that one can obtain 'Family' cards with the name of each family member on their card. The high-end ones will track each card holders expenses each month and provide a year total.
