Parrotlet or second green cheek?

I've given my Breeder money for a turquoise yellow sided green cheek. But she also has parrotlet available. I LOVE the blue parrotlet. Can anyone give me any advice?

Pumpkin is not loud, would he get louder with another conure to talk to? Would he be just as loud with a parrotlet in the house? Does anyone have a parrotlet that gets along well with a gcc or do they fight? ANY ADVICE???

Edit: in either case, everyone will have their own separate cages.

Get the bird you want most, or the one that picks you hardest

My green cheek gets louder when there's another bird around him that is loud, regardless of species. My green cheek fights any bird! And charms any human.

I love the color of the 'turquoise yellow sided'! Seems the mutation is starting to get more popular. I can see how a little blue parrotlet is tempting too.

I've never had a conure or parrotlet, but I have always just gotten what "I" wanted regardless of the other birds I have, since there's no guarantee how each individual will act with one another.

You know.... That's a good point. There is no guarantee Punk will be friends with either so I should just pick the one I want more. And while I adore Pumpkin I am interested in getting something other than a second gcc ... I'll have to sleep on it.
